Ready Service Solutions LLC ("we", "us") is a residential building contractor based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, the project you are interested in, budget range, notes and any photos you upload.

We also record how visitors use this site so we can find and fix problems with it. A recording captures the pages you view, the page content, mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and how you arrived (for example from a search engine or an ad). Anything you type into a form is masked and is not captured. Recordings are reviewed only by us and by the company that builds and hosts this site, are never sold, and are deleted after 12 months. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, you are not recorded.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule and carry out work, answer your questions and, if you have agreed, send you messages about your estimate, appointments and project.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your estimate, appointments and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website, messaging and scheduling providers, and only so they can provide those services to us.

Photos

Photos you upload are used to prepare your estimate and plan the work. We do not publish customer photos without permission.
