7. Work Completion and Touch-Ups:

a. After the completion of work, you have a grace period of 3 days to report any issues, request touch-ups, or identify fixes needed.

b. After the 3-day grace period, all work is considered final, and any additional services or touch-ups may be subject to additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property:

a. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RSS and protected by intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission from RSS.

9. Termination:

RSS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice for violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability:

RSS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

11. Governing Law:

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be outlined in the contract and must be adhered to by the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

License and Insurance:

RSS is a licensed and insured service provider. Our licensing and insurance details are available upon request and are subject to state regulations.

Dispute Resolution:
